Living Like Linda

For patients and loved ones

How we can help you

When you're having chemotherapy, there can still be room for a coffee, a change of scene or something to look forward to. You don't need to know exactly what to ask for.

A little space for everyday life

Small moments. Meaningful days.

Living Like Linda works to make social experiences more accessible for people undergoing chemotherapy, including when money, travel, access or feeling alone get in the way.

Every situation is different. Activities and practical help depend on what the charity can arrange; getting in touch does not guarantee a place or a particular kind of support.

After you get in touch

What happens next

  1. Your message reaches the trustees

Living Like Linda is run by volunteer trustees. Your enquiry is saved securely and read by them.

  2. A trustee replies by email

We aim to reply as soon as we can, but as volunteers we can't promise a set time. If it's urgent, please email us directly too.

  3. We talk through what may be possible

We'll explain what is being organised and whether we can help. Not every request can be met, and we'll be honest with you.

At your own pace

Start with a conversation

You, a family member or someone asking on your behalf can send a patient enquiry. A short message about the activity or practical question you have is enough.

Please don't send diagnoses, medical histories, treatment details or other sensitive information. We only need your name, an email address and a brief enquiry to start.

For medical questions or advice about taking part during treatment, speak to your care team.

What would you like to ask?

Use our contact form, or email a trustee if that feels easier.
